1. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to position radiator (16), air cooler (17), fuel cooler (18) and hydraulic oil cooler (19) in the machine. The weight of the radiator, the air cooler, the fuel cooler and the hydraulic oil cooler as a unit is approximately 90 kg (198 lb).

2. Install bolts (22) on both sides of the machine. Install bar (21), bolt (20) and bolt (23) on both sides of the machine. Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device.

3. Connect hose (15) to the hydraulic oil cooler and tighten the hose clamp.

4. Connect hose (14) to the hydraulic oil cooler and tighten the hose clamp.

5. Connect hose (12) to the top of the radiator. Install the bolt that fastens clamp (13) and hose (12) to the radiator.

6. Connect hose (11) to the radiator and tighten the hose clamp.

7. Install intake duct (10) on the air cleaner housing and tighten the clamp.

8. Connect tube (9) to the air cleaner housing.

9. Connect hose (8) to the engine and tighten the hose clamp.

10. Connect hose (7) to the air cooler and tighten the hose clamp.

11. Connect hose (6) to the water pump and tighten the hose clamp.

12. Connect hose assemblies (5) to the fan motor.

13. Install hose assemblies (2) through the seal on the radiator. Install clamp (4) that fastens hose assemblies (2) to the radiator.

14. Install cable strap (3) that fastens hose assemblies (2) together.

15. Connect hose assemblies (2) to the fuel cooler.

16. Install the bolt that fastens strap (1) to the radiator.

17. After the engine has been installed, fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
