Flow Control Valve (Vibratory)

The vibratory control valve is mounted on the left side of the operator platform. The vibratory control valve (1) regulates the flow of hydraulic oil from the vibratory pump to the vibratory motors. This controls the speed of the vibratory shaft. After you set the speed and the thickness, adjust the vibratory control valve. Turn knob (2) in the clockwise direction in order to slow down the speed of the vibrator shaft. Turn the knob to the counterclockwise direction in order to speed up the speed of the vibrator shaft. The vibratory motors should rotate the vibratory shaft once per inch of forward movement.
