Note: Before pinion nut (12) is installed, apply 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound to the contacting surface of the pinion nut. Ensure that the 4C-5593 Anti-Seize Compound does not contact the threads of pinion nut (12) .
(12) Apply 4C-9506 Retaining Compound to the threads prior to assembly.
