Description of Change: A new transmission pressure switch is now used.

Adaptable To: The 1DE3231 Pressure Switch replaces the following switches: 6T-6652 Pressure Switch and the 1DE3053 Pressure Switch. The new 1DE3231 Pressure Switch is effective with R2900 (S/N: 5TW380-UP). The 1DE3231 Pressure Switch is adaptable to R2900-S/N:101 to 170
and R2900 (S/N: 5TW1-379).

1. Remove the following parts: 6T-6652 Pressure Switch (4) and 9G-9152 Clip (5) .

2. Discard the following parts: 6T-6652 Pressure Switch (4) and 9G-9152 Clip (5) .

3. Remove 9S-4191 Plug (3). Retain 9S-4191 Plug (3) for assembly.

4. Install new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 9S-4191 Plug (3). Install 9S-4191 Plug (3) .

5. Install a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 6V-0484 Fitting (9). Install 6V-0484 Fitting (9) .

6. Install a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 1DE3231 Pressure Switch (8). Install 1DE3231 Pressure Switch (8) to 6V-0484 Fitting (9) .

7. Install 116-0118 Clip (7) .

8. Connect 9EQ3140 Adapter Harness (6) between 1DE3231 Pressure Switch (8) and the main wiring harness.

2. Install new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 9S-4191 Plug (3). Install 9S-4191 Plug (3) .

3. Install a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 6V-0484 Fitting (5). Install 6V-0484 Fitting (5) .

4. Install a new 3J-1907 O-Ring Seal (2) to 1DE3231 Pressure Switch (6). Install 1DE3231 Pressure Switch (6) to 6V-0484 Fitting (9) .
