润滑系统流程图

润滑系统的压力是由摆线式机油泵提供的。 曲轴齿轮驱动一个下惰齿轮。 下惰齿轮驱动机油泵齿轮。 油泵有一个内转子和一个外转子。 两个转子的旋转轴线彼此相对偏置。 内转子与驱动轴之间采用干涉配合。

内转子有五个凸轮,它们与外转子的六个凸轮相啮合。 当油泵转动时,外转子的凸轮与内转子的凸轮间距增大,产生吸合力。 当凸轮的间距减小时,则产生压力。

机油从油底壳经滤网和管流到发动机机油泵的吸油侧。 机油从油泵的出口侧经管和油道流到机油滤清器座。 随后,机油从滤清器座经管流到板式机油冷却器。 整体式机油冷却器位于缸体左侧。

机油从机油冷却器经一条管路流回机油滤清器座。 随后,机油从滤清器座流向旁通阀,并从旁通阀流向机油滤清器。

机油从机油滤清器经一条横穿缸体的钻孔油道流到油道。 油道是横穿缸体左侧总长钻出的。 如果机油滤清器在发动机右侧,机油会经一条横穿缸体的钻孔油道流到压力油道。

机油从油道经高压油道流到曲轴的主轴承。 随后,机油经曲轴中的油道流到连杆轴承轴颈。 活塞和缸孔采用机油飞溅和油雾的方式进行润滑。

机油从主轴承经缸体中的油道流到凸轮轴轴颈。 随后,机油从凸轮轴第二个轴颈以较低的压力流到缸盖。 随后,机油以较低的压力流入摇臂轴,流向摇臂杆的轴承。 气门杆、气门弹簧和气门挺杆都是采用飞溅和油雾的方式进行润滑的。

惰齿轮的轮毂由油道送来的机油进行润滑。 正时齿轮采用机油飞溅的方式进行润滑。

侧装式涡轮增压器通过缸体右侧接头中流出的机油进行润滑。 一条外部油管从缸体向涡轮增压器供油。 机油随后经回油管流向油底壳。

顶装式涡轮增压器由机油滤清器座供油,或通过缸体右侧的接头供油。

这些发动机配备由油道供油的活塞冷却喷嘴。 活塞冷却喷嘴将机油对准活塞底部喷射来冷却活塞。
