Usage:
NOTE: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
NOTE: Lubricate all parts with clean hydraulic oil during assembly.
1. Assemble the valve assemblies. Install seal (1) and O-ring seal (3) on plug (2). Install rod (4) or (22) in plug (2). Install shims (5) on seat (6) or (23). Install spool (10), washer (9), spring (8) or (24), spring (7), seat (6) or (23) and plug (2) in body (15).
2. Install nut (11), actuator plate (12), joint (13) and plate (14) on body (15). Tighten joint (13) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (35 ± 4 lb ft). Tighten nut (11) to a torque of 70 ± 5 N·m (50 ± 4 lb ft).
3. Install bushing (17) and O-ring seal (16) on body (15).
4. Install plate (19), two socket head screws (21) and the washers (20) on body (15).
5. Install the lever on the pilot control valve.
