Stator Winding Temperature - Test
Bizonyos generátorok 100 ohmos ellenállás hőmérséklet-érzékelőkkel (RTD) rendelkeznek, amelyek a fő álló rész rekeszeibe vannak szerelve. A generátorkészlet RTD modulokkal rendelkezik, melyek az elektronikusmodul-rendszerű vezérlőpanelhez (EMCP) csatlakoznak. Ezeket a modulok csatlakoztathatók az állórész hőmérsékletének méréséhez. Továbbá kereskedelmi forgalomban is találhatók olyan mérőműszerek, amelyek csatlakoztathatók az RTD egységekhez. A Caterpillar az RTD egységek folyamatos felügyeletét javasolja.
