Az ohmmérőt a varisztor (CR7) ellenőrzésére lehet használni. Helyezze rá az ohmmérőt a varisztorra. Az ellenállásnak minimum 1500 ohmnak kell lennie. Ha az ellenállás kisebb, mint 1500 ohm, a varisztor hibás.

Tesztlámpa | |
Hivatkozzon a 2 képen látható tesztlámpára. Kövesse az alábbi lépéseket a varisztor teszteléséhez:
- Kapcsolja le a varisztor valamelyik vezetőjét (CR7).
- Helyezze a tesztlámpát a varisztorra.
- Figyelje meg az eredményt. A lámpának nem kell világítani.
- Fordítsa meg a tesztlámpát.
- Figyelje meg az eredményt. A lámpának nem kell világítani.
Ha a tesztlámpa bármely irányban világít, zárlat van a varisztorban. Cserélje le a hibás varisztorokat olyan varisztorokra, melyek hasonló működési jellemzőkkel rendelkeznek. Ha csere varisztort rendel, az alábbi információkat adja meg a rendelésnél:
- A varisztor cikkszáma
- A generátor sorozatszáma
A varisztor cseréje után ellenőrizze, hogy a gerjesztő tekercselés vezetőjének hevedere biztonságosan van rögzítve a tengelyen. Azt is ellenőrizze, hogy a gerjesztő tekercselés vezetőjének hevedere biztonságosan van megkötve.
