New Hose Improves the Drainage of Oil from the Turbocharger During a Continuous Prelube Cycle {1052}

Usage:

Engine: 3508 (S/N: 95Y1-UP) G3508 (S/N: 4WD1-UP; 9TG1-UP; CTN1-UP) G3512 (S/N: 4KC1-UP; 5JD1-UP; 7NJ1-UP; CTM1-UP) G3516 (S/N: 3RC1-UP; 8LD1-UP; 4EK1-UP; CTL1-UP) G3516B (S/N: CEY1-UP; CTW1-UP) G3520B (S/N: GET1-UP; BGW1-UP; CTK1-UP)

Description of Change: A new hose is being used in the prelubrication lines in order to improve the flow of oil from the turbocharger to the oil pan.

Adaptable To: A new 210-6619 Hose As is being used in the prelubrication lines that are listed in a Table 1. The 210-6619 Hose As is a direct replacement for the former 2V-8571 Hose As. The 210-6619 Hose As has an inside diameter of 19.05 mm (0.750 inch). The former 2V-8571 Hose As has an inside diameter of 12.7 mm (0.50 inch).
