- 将软管 (2) 和 ( 4) 从电子控制模块上断开。
- 立即堵住所有开口。
- 松开六角头固定螺钉 ( 3) 直至可以断开发动机配线线束 ( 1)。
- 断开发动机配线线束 ( 1)。
- 松开六角头固定螺钉 ( 5) 直至可以断开机器配线线束 ( 6)。
- 断开电磁阀配线线束 ( 6) 。

图 2 g00522336 - 拆除下列项： 四个螺栓 (8) , 八个垫圈 (9) , 八个橡胶安装架 ( 11), 带 (7) 和 四个隔套。
- 拆下电子控制模块 ( 10)。

- 将电子控制模块 ( 10) 放置到缸体上。
- 安装下列项： 四个隔套, 八个橡胶安装架 ( 11), 四垫个圈 ( 9), 带 (7) 和 四个螺栓 (8) 。

图 4 g00522333 - 连接发动机配线线束 ( 1) 并拧紧六角头固定螺钉 ( 3)。
- 连接机器配线线束 ( 6) 并将六角头固定螺钉 ( 5) 拧紧至下列扭矩
2.25 ± 0.25 N·m (20 ± 2 lb in) 。 - 将软管 (2) 和软管 ( 4) 连接到电子控制模块 ( 10) 上。
