Bulldozer Control Valve - Install

  1. The weight of the bulldozer control valve is 25 kg (55 lb). Use two people to put bulldozer control valve (6) in position on the machine and install bolts (24) .

  1. Install connectors (22). Start on the inside and connect tube assemblies (23) .

  1. Use three pins (21) and the cotter pins to install the rods to the control valve.

  1. Connect hose assemblies (17), (18), (19), and (20) .

  1. Connect three electrical connectors (16) .

  1. Install the bolts that hold relays (13) to the frame.

  1. Connect two electrical connectors (14) and electrical connector (15) .

  1. Install bolt (11) in the rod end of the control rod. Install control rod (12), the bolts, and the nuts that hold the control rod in place.

  1. Connect two hose assemblies (10) to the grapple control. Connect four hose assemblies (9) and hose assembly (8) to the grapple control.

  1. Connect hose assembly (7) to bulldozer control valve (6) .

  1. Put cover (5) in position on the machine. Install the bolts and washers that hold the cover in place.

  1. Put cover (3) in position on the machine. Install the bolts and washers that hold the cover in place.

  1. Connect two air conditioning hose assemblies (4). Connect two air conditioning lines (2) .

  1. Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 1.6 kg (3.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
