Remove the Air Spring

- Release the pressure from air spring (3) . Remove the valve core from valve stem (1) .
- Force the front idler backward in order to retract air spring (3) . Use a lift truck or use an other lifting device to lift the upper side of the belt. Lift the rubber belt from the midpoint. This is the preferred method for retracting the air spring.
- Remove nut (2) and valve stem (1) .
- Remove nuts and washers (4) .
- Remove air spring (3) and plate (5) .
