The Lines for the Hoist Cylinders Have Been Updated in Order to Protect the Hoist Valve {5057}

Off-Highway Truck/Tractor: 776D (S/N: AFS1-UP) 777D (S/N: AGC1-UP) 777D HAA (S/N: AGY1-UP)

Description of Change: The lines for the hoist cylinders have been updated. A guard has been added. The guard will protect the hoist valve from debris from the front tires. The lines have been changed in order to avoid interference with the guard.

Adaptable To: The updated 169-3781 Hoist Oil Lines Gp is effective with (S/N: AGC1064-UP; AGY81-UP; AFS81-UP). All older machines can be adapted to the new type. The 169-3781 Hoist Oil Lines Gp is serviced only by parts. Refer to the following information.

The 221-2791 Hose As is nonserviceable. The hose assembly can be fabricated with the parts that are shown below the hose assembly. Refer to Special Publications, PECP5030, "Hydraulic Hose and Coupling Reference Guide" for more information regarding the fabrication of hose assemblies.
