Fan Drive - Assemble
Installation Procedure
- Apply 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease to the inside of the hub prior to assembly.

- Install bearing race (11) .
- Pack bearing (10) with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease prior to installation.

- Install bearing (10) and lip type seal (9) .
- Install spacer (8) and pin (7) on shaft assembly (5) .

- Install spacer (6) .

- Pack bearing (3) with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease prior to installation.

- Install bearing (3) .
- Install plate (2) .

- Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound to bolt (1) .
- Install bolt (1). Tighten bolt (1) to a torque of 115 ± 15 N·m (85 ± 11 lb ft).
End By: Install the fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Install".
