Start By:
- Remove the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove".
- Remove bolts (1) from cover (2) .

- Use Tooling (A) and a hoist to remove cover (2). The weight of cover (2) is 45 kg (100 lb).
- Remove bolts (3) from fan guards (4) and (5) .

- Remove bolts (6). Remove fan guards (4) and (5) from the machine.

- Attach a lifting strap and a hoist to spacer (7) .

- Remove bolts (8) from spacer (7) .

- Remove the fan from the machine. The weight of the fan is 27 kg (60 lb).
Installation Procedure
- Place the fan in position in the machine. The weight of the fan is 27 kg (60 lb).

- Install bolts (8) .

- Install fan guards (4) and (5) and bolts (6) and (3) .
