Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Prepare the machine for disassembly and assembly procedures. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Preparation for Disassembly".
- Open the hood. For additional information, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hood Tilt".
- Remove the fan. For additional information, refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan - Remove and Install".
- Install Tooling (A) into slot (4) of the belt tensioner. Rotate the belt tensioner counterclockwise in order to release the tension in serpentine belt (3). Remove serpentine belt (3) from the machine.

- Remove bolts (1), the washers, and fan drive assembly (2) .
