The brake pedals can easily be changed from one position to the other position. This change of position will not affect the adjustment of the linkage.
When the timing mark on the end of the pedal shaft is aligned with the center of the slot in the pedal, the pedal is in the NOMINAL position. The pedal and the shaft are splined. The height of the pedal can be adjusted. Rotate the pedal around the shaft.
Rotate the brake pedal downward. When the brake pedal is rotated by a distance of one spline from the timing mark, the brake pedal is in the LOW position.
Note: Do not rotate the brake pedal by more than one spline from the timing mark.
Rotate the brake pedal upward. The HIGH position of the brake pedal can be rotated by a distance of four splines from the timing mark.
