Note: Test the valve at 49° ± 3°C (120° ± 5° F).

Note: Set 22500 kPa (3000 psi) before 6900 kPa (1000 psi).

(1) Lubricate the seals lightly with clean hydraulic fluid.

(4) Change the thickness of the shim pack in order to set relief pressure for lowering the body.

(5) Change the thickness of the shim pack in order to set relief pressure for raising the body.

(6) 8H-3532 Spring

Test force ... 95.5 ± 7.5 N (21.5 ± 1.7 lb)
