  1. Install tooling (D) around stabilizer frame (15). In order to balance stabilizer frame (15), make sure that tooling (D) is attached toward the rear of the stabilizer frame, as shown. Attach tooling (D) to tool (C) and to a suitable hoist. Slowly lift stabilizer frame (15) off the cribbing and tool (E). The weight of stabilizer frame (15) is 540 kg (1190.5 lb).

  1. Carefully move stabilizer frame (15) toward the machine. Feed harness (16) and hoses (11) through the hole in stabilizer frame (15) .

  1. Position frame (15) onto the machine and install eight bolts (12), sixteen washers (13), and eight nuts (14). Tighten the bolts to 530 ± 70 N·m (391 ± 52 lb ft).

  1. Connect three hoses (11) and tighten retaining nuts (10). Connect four electrical connectors (8) and install two new cable straps (9) .

  1. Install cover plate (7), four washers (6), and four bolts (5) .

  1. Raise the boom and remove the upper section of tool (B) .

  1. Slowly lower the boom onto tool (A) and remove the base of tool (B). Install shims (4), buffer pad (3), four washers (2) and four bolts (1) .
