Hoist Cylinder Performance - Test

  1. 起动发动机。 以高怠速运转发动机。

  2. 将举倾操纵杆移到升起位置。 卸载车斗完全升起后,将举倾操纵杆固定到升起位置 5 秒钟。 随后,将卸载车斗完全降到卡车机架上。

  3. 重复步骤 2,直到液压油的温度高于 38°C (100°F)

举倾油缸的升起时间

  1. 将卸载车斗降到卡车机架上。

  2. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  3. 将自卸车斗升到完全升起的位置。 利用秒表测量所需时间。

举倾油缸完全伸出所需时间约为 15 秒。

油缸沉降

注: 利用空载车斗和高于 38°C (100°F) 的液压油执行此测试。

  1. 将举倾操纵杆移到升起位置。

  2. 当举倾油缸的一级伸出 305 mm (12 in) 时,将举倾操纵杆移到保持位置。

  3. 卸载车斗将推动一级缸盖 6.35 mm (0.25 in),以达到举倾油缸的二级。 利用秒表记录所需时间。

油缸沉降可接受的时间与举倾油缸内液压油的温度有关。 关于可以接受的时间,请参阅表 1。

  • 液压油箱和举倾油缸间的管路泄漏
