Assembly Procedure

1. Make sure that all of the parts of the valve are clean and free of dirt and debris prior to assembly. Put clean hydraulic oil on the internal parts of the selector valve. Check the condition of the seals and the rings. If any of the seals or the rings are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

2. Install O-ring seal (13) onto plug (12) .

3. Install plug (12) onto the valve body.

4. Install O-ring seal (11) on the valve body.

5. Install cover plate (10) with two bolts (9) .

6. Install spool (7) and spring (8). Install O-ring seal (6) in cover (5) .

8. Install four O-ring seals (3) onto solenoid valve (2) .

9. Install solenoid valve (2) with two bolts (1) .

End By: Install the control valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Selector Valve (Hydraulic Lever Lock Control) - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
