Note: The oil level for the recoil must be checked after the tracks are installed and the track sag is adjusted. Use dipstick (1) to check the oil level.

(2) Torque for bolts that hold the carrier rollers to the track roller frame ... 750 ± 70 N·m (550 ± 50 lb ft)

Note: First, tighten the side with the abutment.

(3) Put 6V-1541 Quick Cure Primer on the seals and the frame assembly and allow the primer dry. Then, put 7M-7456 Compound on the frame assembly bore before seal installation.

(4) Torque for the bolts that hold the idler to the track roller frame ... 1850 ± 150 N·m (1360 ± 110 lb ft)

(5) Torque for the bolts that hold the track rollers to the track roller frame ... 1050 ± 150 N·m (775 ± 110 lb ft)

Note: First, tighten the side with the abutment.
