(1) Extended position. (2) Neutral position. (3) Retracted position.

Use the following instructions to position the blade at several different angles.

  1. Lower the blade to the ground. Place the implement control in the FLOAT position and engage the parking brake. Remove the retainer bolts and the retainer plate.

  2. Actuate the tilt cylinder in order to remove all force from the tilt cylinder brace. The rear pin that is between the tilt cylinder brace and the push arm should be loose. Shut off the engine.

  3. Place a wood block between the tilt cylinder brace and the push arm. This will keep the holes in the tilt bracket aligned with the holes in the push arm while the pin is being removed.

  4. Remove the pin that connects the push arm to the tilt cylinder brace. Start the engine.

  5. Actuate the tilt cylinder in order to slide the tilt brace forward or backward on the push arm. Extend the tilt cylinder in order to slide the tilt cylinder brace forward. Retract the tilt cylinder in order to slide the tilt cylinder brace rearward. Shut off the engine.

  6. Align the hole in the tilt cylinder brace with the hole in the push arm. Install the pin when the push arm is in the desired position.

  7. Shut off the engine and place the implement control in the HOLD position. Install the retainer bolts and the retainer plate.
