Location of the pressure switch | |
All oil from the charge pump flows through the hydraulic oil filters. A bypass valve is located in the filter base. The bypass valve allows oil to flow around the filters if the oil is cold or if the filters are plugged. A pressure switch in the filter base turns on an indicator lamp on the dashboard if the bypass valve opens. Oil from the hydraulic oil filters flow back to the hydrostatic pump to the speed sensing valve.
