Transmission Oil Pump - Install
Installation Procedure
- Check the condition of the O-ring seals that are used in the hose and tube assemblies. If the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Connect coupling (12) and brake pump (11) to the transmission oil pump.

- Install two bolts (10) that fasten the brake pump to the transmission oil pump. The combined weight of the brake and transmission oil pump is 23 kg (50 lb).

- Lift the transmission oil pump with a suitable sling and a hoist. Install coupling (9) to the transmission oil pump.

- Connect coupling (9) and the transmission oil pump to steering pump (8) .
- Install two washers and bolts (7) .

- Connect tube assembly (6) to the transmission oil pump.

- Connect hose assemblies (5) and (4) to the transmission oil pump.
- Connect tube assembly (3) to brake pump (2) .

- Connect hose assembly (1) to brake pump (2) .
- Fill the hydraulic oil tank to the correct level. For the correct filling procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
- Fill the transmission to the correct level. For the correct filling procedure, refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the machine that is being serviced.
End By: Install the cab. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Cab - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
