卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 位于卸载车斗枢销附近的左后机架上。 连杆 (1) 连接在卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 与卸载车斗之间。 当卸载车斗升起时,连杆 (1) 旋转卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) ,从而改变发送至动力传动系电子控制模块(动力传动系 ECM)的脉冲宽度调制信号。 调整传感器与卸载车斗之间的连杆非常重要。 从连杆两端的圆心计算,连杆的长度应为 350.0 ± 3.0 毫米 (13.78 ± 0.12 英寸)。

在调整连杆 (1) 后,动力传动系 ECM 将进行校准。 当满足以下所有条件时,动力传动系 ECM 会对卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 进行校准。

  • 在机器没有行驶的情况下,发动机运行了一分钟。

  • 举升控制装置处于 FLOAT 位置。

  • 卸载车斗位置传感器发送的信号与之前的校准值相差 6 度。

当卸载车斗升起时,卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 可用于限制最高档位。 出厂时动力传动系 ECM 的最高档设定为 FIRST 档。 卸载车斗降下之前,变速箱换档不会超出 FIRST 档。 可以利用电子控制分析编程器(ECAP)或电子技师(ET)通过编程方式来设置最高档位值。 最高档位值可以更改为 SECOND 档、THIRD 或 FOURTH 档。

卸载车斗位置传感器 (2) 发送的信号还可用于控制举升控制阀的 SNUB 位置。 当下降中的卸载车斗靠近机架时,动力传动系 ECM 将发送信号通知举升比例电磁阀将举升控制阀移至 SNUB 位置。 在 SNUB 位置,原来 FLOAT 位置时的下降速度将会降低,以防止卸载车斗与机架接触过于剧烈。

如果卡车在卸载车斗升起的状态下移动, (卸载车斗位置传感器) 2 会发送信号提醒操作员。
