Modulating Valve (Transmission Clutch) - Assemble
Assembly Procedure
Note: Each transmission modulating valve has the same assembly procedure.
- Install nipple assembly (7) on valve body housing (2). The torque for nipple assembly (7) is 14 ± 4 N·m (125 ± 35 lb in).

- Install coil assembly (4), spacer (5) and nut (6) on cartridge assembly (3). The torque for nut (6) is 14 ± 1.5 N·m (125 ± 15 lb in).

Note: Nut (6) is not reusable. A new nut should be used during each assembly of the valve.
- Install O-ring seal (1) on valve body housing (2) .
