Use caution to avoid possible personal injury when adjusting the attachment positioner. Stop the engine and lower all equipment to relieve the hydraulic pressure. Engage the parking brake and block the tires to prevent sudden movement of the machine. Keep unauthorized personnel off the machine. |
- Press the bottom side of control switch (1) in order to actuate the attachment positioner.

- Start the engine. Lower the attachment to the ground.
- Position the attachment at the desired angle to the ground. Turn the engine start switch key to the OFF position and remove the engine start switch key. Move the tilt lever for the attachment to the TILT BACK detent position.
- Loosen the three bolts (2) that clamp the tube assembly (5) to the rod end of the tilt cylinder. Move the switch down the cylinder in order to increase the digging angle. Move the switch up the cylinder in order to decrease the digging angle.
Note: Switch (4) determines when the tilt control lever will return to the HOLD position. The magnet on the end of tube assembly (5) will open the detent circuit. This circuit holds the tilt lever in the TILT BACK position.

- To test the adjustment, start the engine. Raise the attachment. Move the tilt lever for the attachment to the TILT BACK detent position.
- When the attachment reaches the preset digging angle, the tilt lever for the attachment should return to the HOLD position.
