Hydraulic motors often demand a high hydraulic oil flow rate. The hydraulic motors are used to power fans, augers, or other accessories that require constant power on implements. When the large flow rates pass through machine's quick couplers and through the implement control valves, excessive heat and a pressure drop can be created.
You can bypass the hydraulic oil around the implement control valves in order to prevent these adverse conditions.
NOTICE |
---|
Do not return hydraulic oil from the implement directly to the hydraulic oil tank. This bypasses the implement return oil filter and the return screen that is housed in the manifold. Unfiltered oil from the implement can cause machine damage. |

This machine is equipped with power beyond tee (1) for supply oil to the implement. Return oil from the implement should be connected to power beyond tee (2). Install a tee into the signal line from the implement control valve in order to control the pump. For additional information, consult any CLAAS dealer.
If the operation requires flow control from the cab, the supply line for the motor must be connected to a quick coupler.
