The final drive planetary (drum) is located on the left side of the drum.

1. Rotate the drum until the fill/drain plug (1) is located at the bottom.

2. Remove the fill/drain plug (1). Drain the oil into a suitable container. Dispose of the oil in an acceptable manner.

3. After the oil is drained, install the fill/drain plug (1).

4. Rotate the drum until the fill/drain plug (1) is located at the top of the planetary and level check plug (2) is located at the middle.

5. Remove the fill/drain plug (1) and the level check plug (2).

   Note: Due to the oil viscosity and the final drive planetary cavities, check the oil level after 15 minutes.

6. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities".

7. Fill the planetary until the oil is at the bottom of the level check plug opening (2).

8. Clean plugs (1) and (2). Install plugs (1) and (2).
