Lift Kickout Control - Remove and Install

Usage:

950G 2JS

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

Note: The lift kickout control is located at the rear end of the left lift arm.

  1. Disconnect electrical connector (2) .

  1. Remove two bolts (1) and lift kickout control (3) .

  1. Remove two bolts (4) and magnet assembly (5) .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install magnet assembly (5) and two bolts (4) .

  1. Install lift kickout control (3) and two bolts (1) .

  1. Connect electrical connector (2) .

  1. Adjust the lift kickout. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7018 for additional information.

End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
