Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".

1. Place a suitable floor jack under front guard (2). The weight of the front guard is 35 kg (75 lb).

2. Remove bolts (1) that hold the front guard to the frame.

3. Use the floor jack in order to remove front guard (2) .

4. Place a suitable floor jack under rear guard (4). The weight of the rear guard is 40 kg (85 lb).

5. Remove bolts (3) that hold the rear guard to the frame.

6. Remove rear guard (4) .

2. Install bolts (3) .
