Usage:
1. Remove bolts (1), clamps (2), and fuel return manifold (3).
FUEL RETURN MANIFOLD
1. Bolts (four each side). 2. Clamps (four each side). 3. Fuel return manifold (one each side).
2. Remove boot (4) and bleedoff boots (5).

4. Boot (one each side). 5. Bleedoff boots (four each side).
Install Fuel Return Manifold
1. Install new boots on the fuel return manifold.
2. Install fuel return manifold on engine and connect the boots to the top of the injection nozzles.
3. Connect boot to bleedoff line. Install clamps and clamp retaining bolts. Tighten bolts to 18 ± 5 lb.ft. (2.5 ± 0.7 mkg) and bend locks.
NOTE: If locks turn when bolts are tightened they can be held with a screwdriver.
4. Install valve cover. Install mounting bolts and tighten to 120 ± 24 lb. in. (138 ± 28 cm.kg).
