Fuel Transfer Pump
Usage:
Remove Fuel Transfer Pump
1. Disconnect fuel lines from fuel transfer pump.
FUEL TRANSFER PUMP
1. Mounting bolts (two).
2. Remove mounting bolts (1). Remove fuel transfer pump.
Install Fuel Transfer Pump
1. Clean fuel transfer pump mounting gasket surface.
2. Position fuel transfer pump and gasket on engine and install pump mounting bolts. Tighten mounting bolts to 32 ± 5 lb. ft. (4.4 ± 0.7 mkg).
NOTE: Install fuel transfer pump so arm (2) is contacting, and centered on, the fuel injection pump camshaft lobe.
INSTALLING FUEL TRANSFER PUMP
2. Arm.
