Procedure to Install Air Conditioning Drain

1. Lower the headliner. Each leg of the A-Frame will have a hole near the top for routing the 5P-6129 tube.

2. Remove the 5P-6129 Tube (1) from inside of the A-Post and disconnect from the condenser drain port.

3. Install the 5P-6129 Tube in both sides of the A-Frame.

NOTE: If there is not a wiring harness in the A-Post install the tube from the top down. If a wiring harness is present in the A-Post, it may be easier to route the tube from the bottom to the top, and use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull the tube through the hole provided in the A-Post.

3. Use one 144-9973 Clamp to attach the 5P-6129 Tube to the condenser drain ports.

Secure 5P-6129 Tube using 3S-2093 Strap (2) to hydraulic lines.

4. After the 5P-6129 Tube is installed in the A-Post, use 3S-2093 Straps (2) to secure the tube to the hydraulic lines as shown in Illustration 3.

NOTE: Do not crimp the tube at any location while installing in the A-Post or while securing with 3S-2093 Straps.

5. Place the 5P-6129 Tube in between the supports for the battery box or the fuel tank.

6. Reinstall the headliner.
