784B TRACTOR AND 785B OFF-HIGHWAY TRUCK POWER TRAIN Caterpillar

1. Remove four bolts and washers (2), and remove outlet relief valve (1) from the torque converter.

2. Remove the three O-ring seals from the outlet relief valve.

NOTE: The following steps are for installation of the torque converter outlet relief valve.

4. Put the three O-ring seals in position on the outlet relief valve.

5. Put outlet relief valve (1) in position on the torque converter, and install four bolts and washers (2) to hold it.
