Usage:
NOTE: This Program must be administered as soon as possible. When reporting the repair, use "PI3199" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3199" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The wrong seal may have been installed at the propel motor end of the high pressure propel lines of certain PM-565B Cold Planers. The current PM-565B Parts Book also calls out the wrong part number for the seal at this location.

Action Required
1. The hydraulic tank will need to be drained or suction applied to keep fluid loss to a minimum.
2. At each of the four propel motors, remove and inspect each of the high pressure propel lines for the correct seal. A D-Ring 1P3702 may have been installed at the factory, this is not the correct seal for this hose end.
3. If D-Ring 1P3702 is present, remove and replace with O-Ring 4J5267.
4. Reconnect propel lines, run machine and check for leaks.
