New Governor Weight And Race Increase Durability {1264}

Description of Change: A new governor weight and race has replaced a former governor weight and race in the above engines. The new weight and race provides a wider contact area between the two parts in order to improve wear resistance for increased service life.

Adaptable To: The new 119-8699 Weight (four weights required for each governor) replaces the former 7N-7264 Weight in the governor. The new 133-8890 Race (two races required for each governor) replaces the former 7E-4892 Race in the governor. The new weight and race are effective with 3406C (6TB16382-Up, 3ER1021-Up) Industrial Engines, 3406C (4TB5544-Up) Marine Engines, and 3406C (4ZR1144-Up) Generator Set Engines. The new weight and race are adaptable to first production of the above engines or any engine with the new scroll fuel system.
