Usage:
(1) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the bolt threads.
(2) Eccentric shaft.
(3) Bearing.
NOTE: Dimension A, the total end play between eccentric shaft (2) and bearing (3), should be 0.76 to 2.54 mm (0.030 to 0.100 in)
(4) Torque for nuts ... 640 N·m (470 lb ft)
(5) Use 4C5300 Gasket Maker as required.
(6) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the bolt threads.
(7) Apply 9S3263 Thread Lock to the threads of the nut and torque to ... 200 ± 15 N·m (148 ± 11 lb ft)
(8) Torque bolts to ... 88 ± 10 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft)
(9) NOTE: Use 6V4876 Molykote Lubricant on vibration motor splines as required.
(10) Torque bolts to ... 88 ± 10 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft)
NOTE: Dimension B, clearance from motor mounting surface to coupling spacer, should be 46.88 to 50.5 mm (1.846 to 1.99 in)
Dimension B (minimum) = 46.12 mm (1.816 in) + dimension A (eccentric shaft end play). Dimension B (maximum) = 50.5 mm (1.99 in).
Measure dimension B with eccentric shaft and coupling pushed in as far as possible.
Vibration Frequency Sensor Adjustment
NOTE: Sensor adjustment must be made with the motor installed.
1. Loosen the locknut and turn vibration frequency sensor (1) until contact is made with sprocket (2), and back out one turn. Dimension (A), the clearance between the sprocket and vibration frequency sensor, must be 1.5 mm (.06 in). Then tighten the locknut.
