当监测器发出警报时，应立即检查监测器，按监测器的指示作必要的工作或保养。 监测指示灯并不能保证该机器是处于良好状况。 不要使用监测面板作为唯一的检验方式。 必须定期执行机器的保养和检验。 参阅⟪操作和保养手册⟫的“保养部分”。 |
该泵配备有泵电子监控系统 (PEMS)。
该系统旨在监控泵的运行情况。 并向操作员提供警告以延长动力端和液力端的使用寿命。
标配 PEM 包括下列项：
- 泵转速感应
- 机油压力监控
- 机油温度监控
- 吸油压力监控
- 排放压力监控
- 振动监控
监控之前提到的输入，使系统确定缩短部件使用寿命的时间。 泵的运转可导致部件磨损。 系统还可以帮助确定要求对泵内部部件进行保养的时间。
