Parts Service Information For Pistons And Rings

D343 Industrial and Marine Engines
In the past, several different pistons and rings have been used on the above engines. As improved pistons and/or rings have been used some of the former pistons and rings have been canceled. This has caused some questions as to which pistons and rings are to be used together. The chart which follows shows the part numbers of pistons and rings which have been used on these engines. It also shows the identification number that will be on the piston. The chart can be used to find which rings are used with the different pistons.
