New 6V6146 Load Leveler Can Lift Larger Components

Usage:

The 6V6146 Load Leveler is an important tool to have in the shop if you work with large machine components. It will make the installation and removal of components faster and safer.

The load leveler can lift up to 4500 kg (10,000 lbs). It has a spreader bar that is attached to two hooks. These hooks can be adjusted from a minimum of 914 mm (36") to a maximum of 1422 mm (56"). The distance between the hooks can be changed easily. Move the arms in or out of the main support beam. Then, install the locking bolt through the arms.

A carriage that can be moved on the main support beam will adjust the tilt angle of the component. You can move the carriage with a lead screw. The lead screw can be adjusted with an impact wrench while the load leveler still holds the load. It is easier and takes less time to adjust the tilt angle of the component while it is in the air (suspended) because you no longer have to set the load down to adjust the lift chains.

Use of the 6V6146 Load Leveler.
