Start By:
- Remove high-pressure turbocharger.
- Remove expansion tank.
- Remove air cleaner.
- Remove clamp (2) and disconnect hose (4). Remove bolts (7) and tube assembly (6). Remove two bolts (3), clamp (5) and tube assembly (1).

- Install engine exhaust manifold (44) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten fitting (47) to a torque of
40 ± 4 N·m (30 ± 3 lb ft) . - Tighten studs (45) to a torque of

30 ± 3 N·m (266 ± 27 lb in) in the order depicted in Illustration 13. Next, tighten stud-bolts (46) and bolts (43) to a final torque of62 ± 5 N·m (45.72872 ± 3.68780 lb ft) in the order depicted in Illustration 13. - Tighten bolts (38) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (37) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (35) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolt (32) to a torque of
10 ± 1 N·m (89 ± 9 lb in) . - Tighten bolt (31) to a torque of
45 ± 5 N·m (33 ± 4 lb ft) . - Tighten bolt (29) to a torque of
35 ± 4 N·m (26 ± 3 lb ft) . - Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (23) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of
25 ± 3 N·m (221 ± 27 lb in) . - Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of
