Disconnect harness assembly (1) and harness assembly (2).

Disconnect tube assemblies (3), tube assembly (4), bolts (6), and fuel manifold (5).

Remove adapter assemblies (6). Remove sensors (8) and the O-ring seals.
Remove solenoid valve assemblies (9).
Remove cap (11) and remove adapter assembly (10).

Remove nut (16), washer (15), and solenoid (14).
Remove cartridge assembly (13) and remove O-ring seals (12).

Installation Procedure

Install fuel manifold (5) in the reverse order of removal.
1. Tighten nut (16) to a torque of 20 ± 2.5 N·m (177 ± 22 lb in).
2. Tighten solenoid valve assembly (9) to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).
3. Tighten adapter assembly (10) to a torque of 30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft).
4. Tighten cap (11) to a torque of 7.0 ± 2.5 N·m (62 ± 22 lb in).
5. Tighten sensors (8) to a torque of 30 ± 3 N·m (22 ± 2 lb ft).
6. Tighten adapter assemblies (7) to a torque of 17 ± 1.5 N·m (150 ± 13 lb in).
