    NOTICE

    Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.

    Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

  1. Remove tube assembly (1) and (2).

  2. Remove bracket (3). Remove bolts (4) and remove engine oil filler and oil level gauge assembly (5).

  3. Disconnect tube assembly (6). Remove bolts (7) and (8) and remove contractor group (9).

  4. Remove bolts (10). Remove tube assembly (12) and filler neck (11).

  5. Remove bolts (14) and remove level gauge tube assembly (13) and the O-ring seal.

  6. Remove seal (15).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install engine oil filler and oil level gauge assembly (5) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Apply Tooling (B) to seal (15) prior to installation.

    2. Apply Tooling (A) to bolts (7) and (14).
