- 拆下水泵。

- 从轴承壳体 (3) 上拆下螺塞 (1) 和螺塞 (2)。 从壳体 (5) 拆下螺塞 (6)。 从塞上卸下 O 形密封圈。
- 从轴承壳体 (3) 上拆下水泵滤清器 (4)。

图 2 g01035264 - 卸下螺栓 (7) 和垫圈。 从壳体 (5) 拆下轴承壳体 ( 3)。 从轴承壳体 (3) 拆下 O 形密封圈 (8)。

图 3 g01035285 - 将工具 (B) 安装到叶轮 (9) 下面。 用适当的压具和工具 (A) 拆卸叶轮。
注: 从泵轴拆卸叶轮时，应防止轴承壳体 (3) 落到地面上。

图 4 g01035309 - 拆下内六角头螺栓 (10)。 从轴承壳体 (3) 上拆下挡圈 (11) 和泵轴 (12)。
注: 从轴承壳体上拆卸泵轴时，将从轴组件上卸下弹簧 (14) 和陶瓷密封件 (13)。

图 5 g01035407 - 将泵轴 (12) 安装到工具 (C) 中。 松开固定螺钉 (15)。 用工具 (D) 将轴承锁紧螺母 (16) 从泵轴上拆下。
注: 标记泵轴花键端以显示泵轴上的右牙螺纹或左牙螺纹。
