注: -3 代码检测到传感器或导线线束开路或 +B 短路。 -4 代码检测到传感器或线束对接地短路。 523580-2 代码也经常由线束故障导致。

故障诊断与排除测试步骤    结果 

1. 检查电气接头和配线

A. 检查接头是否完全安装在传感器上。

B. 检查接头的导线是否未在接头处拉紧,有无摩擦或断裂。

C. 检查接头触针和插座是否损坏,以及是否正确对齐。

D. 检查传感器与发动机 ECM 之间的线束是否存在腐蚀、磨损和夹点。 检查发动机 ECM 触针是否弯曲,接头是否完全就位。

E. 执行 ET 中的“摇摆测试”,以检查进气节气门接头和 ECM 接头之间的线束的导通性。 

连接松动,布线不良,导线损坏 

结果:接头或导线有故障。

修理或更换发动机线束。 有关修理传感器接头的更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, RCHS7774。 有关修理发动机 ECM 接头的更多信息,请参阅专门说明书, RCHS7297。

结果:没有发现故障。

停止 

如果没有发现问题,请在更换进气节气门之前联系您的 TC,因为这些代码很可能与线束故障有关。
