Empty the body and lower the body before lifting the machine.
Any tooling that is used for lifting the machine or for securing the machine in the raised position should be used on a concrete surface capable of supporting the weight of the machine.

Bottom of front axle. |
To lift the front of each side of the machine, use suitable tooling that can be secured in the raised position (50 ton minimum capacity). Place this tooling under the flat surface on the bottom of frame member (1).
The front of the machine can also be lifted by placing the tooling under the front axle jacking points (2).

Bottom of rear axle. |
To raise the rear of the machine, use suitable tooling that can be mechanically secured in the raised position (75 ton minimum capacity). Place this tooling under the bottom of rear axle housing (casting) (3) where the inside suspension mount begins to protrude from the casting.

To raise the rear of the frame, use suitable tooling that can be mechanically secured in the raised position (75 ton minimum capacity). Place this tooling under the flat surface on the bottom of frame support (4) for the hoist.
