Air Starting Motor - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect hose assembly (1), hose assembly (2), and pipe (3).

  2. Disconnect hose assembly (4), and hose assembly (7).

  3. Remove nuts (5) and control valve (6).

  4. Remove nuts (9) and control valve (8).

  5. Remove bolts (10) and air starting motor (11). Air starting motor (11) weighs approximately 23 kg (51 lb).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install air starting motor (11) in the reverse order of removal.
