Engine Mounts - Inspect
发动机和被驱动设备不对中会造成较大范围的损坏。 过份的振动能引起不对中。 发动机和被驱动设备的过份振动是由下列情况引起的：
- 安装不正确
- 被驱动设备不对中
- 螺栓松动
- 隔振器老化
确保安装螺栓被拧紧到正确的扭矩值。 有关标准扭矩值，参考技术规格, SENR3130, "扭矩技术规格"。
确保隔振器远离机油和污物。 检验隔振器有无老化。 确保隔振器调整螺栓经过正确调整并且利用锁紧螺母加以固定。 经过正确调整的隔振器可为发动机底座提供均匀的支撑。 每个隔振器应向安装点施加几乎相同的力。 每个隔振器应当分担相同比例的产品重量。
更换已老化的任何隔振器。 有关更多信息，参考应用和安装指南或者咨询当地 Cat 代理商，寻求帮助。
